Once filming begins, we cannot stop to move furniture, adjust décor, or wait for staging to be finalized. The home must be shoot-ready, just like an Open House.

A No-Clutter, No-Disruptions Policy
Our equipment is highly sensitive and valuable. For safety and efficiency:
✔ No people, pets, or unnecessary movement during the shoot.
✔ No last-minute staging—we are not a decluttering service.
✔ No stopping mid-shoot for fixing or repairing non visible issues.
COMPLETE ACCESS TO PROPERTY
🏠 Tenants & Property Access
✔ If the home has tenants, they must comply with the schedule.
✔ The entire property must be accessible at once.
✔ We do NOT split services between separate time slots.
📌 If access issues prevent a seamless shoot, additional fees may apply as we will have to return to treat it as two separate shoots.
