Our process is simple and streamlined for efficiency. It all starts with scheduling us in…

You estimate the size of the home, and schedule the best time for efficiency.
#2 - We Arrive
On site, we tour the property to ensure we can access the home freely & undisturbed, so we can focus on accuracy while measuring.
#3 - We Measure
Ceiling Heights, Wall Thickness, Voids, everything is captured in our Measurement Scans. The data is manually extracted by hand to create a hand-drawn and extremely detailed floor plan.
#4 - We Deliver
Our delivery time is typically 24-48H depending on the complexity of the project. Available in a variety of colours & equipped for a variety of industries & applications.
Measurement Standards.
Square footage measurement is more than just numbers—it’s about consistency, compliance, and clarity for buyers and sellers. While ANSI Z765 is widely used in the U.S., in Canada, we adhere strictly to RECA RMS 2024 to ensure measurements align with national real estate standards.
Many buyers assume they’re purchasing a 2,320 sq. ft. home, only to realize later that the interior living space is actually 2,115 sq. ft. because they didn’t account for wall thickness, voids, uninhabitable areas or under-stair storage areas, & other exclusions. Our approach ensures that every square foot is clearly categorized, preventing surprises and ensuring informed decisions.
In British Columbia, there is no mandated real estate measurement standard, meaning square footage can vary depending on who measures and how. This lack of consistency can lead to discrepancies in listings, creating misleading expectations for buyers and sellers. To eliminate this issue, we adhere to strict, transparent, and repeatable measurement practices based on recognized Canadian standards.
